Depending on the season and fruits, the work rhythm varies. Always intense, it requires rigor and attention at every step of the production process. As a result, some flavors may be unavailable at certain times of the year due to climatic conditions (drought, frost) and in order to stay true to our producers and guarantee the quality of the finished product.
The fruits are cooked the traditional way in a copper cauldron, without coloring agents or preservatives.
